1. How to get the Wholesale price? How to be PULUZ's authorized distributor?

2. If i need do OEM or ODM, what is the process? Any sample service before mass production?

Please send email to sales manager about your design, provide us the artwork about logo or die-cut documents, we will provide you sample in advance before mass production.

3. What is the MOQ and Warranty? 

MOQ is 1pc and Warranty is 1 year.

4. Which kind of payment terms is supported? How to get help from the after-sale service?

PayPal and Bank Transfer are both acceptable, service@puluz.com is always available if you have any questions about after-sales service.
