  • How do I make order in PULUZ website?
    • 1. Please register in PULUZ website to get your own account first, then start to confirm order through your account.
      2. Choose goods and add them into shopping cart.
      3. After choosing all goods you need, enter your shopping cart, select the destination country and shipping method, then click "Check out with Paypal" or "proceed to check out" button.
      4. Order is confirmed on PULUZ website.

  • How can we pay for the order?
    • There are 4 different ways you can pay for your PULUZ Shop orders:

      PayPal
      Western Union
      Money Gram
      Bank Transfer

      (PS: Credit Card payment is not acceptable)

  • How can I know my order is confirmed?
    • We will send you an email after you order online, please check your register email. And you can also check order details in your account. If you need more information about your order, please contact us.

  • Can I make changes to my order?
    • If your order has not been shipped out, and you want to change order items or add some items, please contact us.

  • Can I cancel my order ?
    • You can only cancel order before it's shipped out. Once order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You can contact us for a refund before shipping, with your order number or PayPal transaction ID.

  • How do I check my order status?
    • PULUZ makes it easy for everyone to keep tracking orders. Login first, click "My Account" and "My Orders", you will be able to view all your orders and current status.

  • What’s the meaning of order status?
    • There are five kinds of order status: Unpaid, Paid, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled.

      1. Unpaid: you don't pay this order successfully, if you have problems to pay, you can contact us for help to solve together.
      2. Paid: your order is paid successfully, and the order is in preparing.
      3. Shipped: you can check its progress via the tracking number.
      4. Delivered: your order has been delivered.
      5. Cancelled: if you do not want this order, you can contact us to cancel it before shipping.

  • I have paid my order, why it is still unpaid status ?
    • If you pay via paypal online, after you pay successfully, order status will be Paid. But if you pay via Western Union, Money Gram or Bank transfer, please send us payment copy, then we will change your order status to paid and prepare your goods for shipping.

  • Can I get better price if I buy in bulk with big quantity?
    • Yes, sure! If you want big quantity, please contact us with following details, we can quote you our best price:

      1. The item number you want, and how many pieces.
      2. Any special requirements, such as OEM, etc.
      3. Which shipping method you prefer, we can also give you suggestion to save shipping cost.
      4. Which terms you prefer: EXW, FOB or CIF.
