  • How can I login PULUZ?
    • In order to buy an item, firstly you have to login.

      1. If you have already registered, please login. Enter your email address and password, click the "Login" button.
      2. If you haven't registered, click "Register", complete the simple application form and click "Register" button.
      3. If you order without register or login, an account the same as your paypal email address will be created automatically by our system, and we will send details to you by email.

  • How can I modify my registered information?
  • How do I use My Wish List?
    • My Wish List allows you to easily save products you like, so that you can easily find them when you come back to order in the future. Click "add to wish list" button on product page, then click on the account page to view your wish lists.

  • What's PULUZ balance account used for?
    • You can deposit some money to your PULUZ balance account, via Bank Transfer, Western Union or Money Gram. And use it immediately when make new orders, so you can also save time and transfer fee for each order. When you make changes to your order, we can charge the difference from your balance account, or refund the difference into your balance account. It's very convenient for both of us!

  • I forgot my password, how can I get new password?
    • If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password" to reset password. We'll ask you to enter your email account and then immediately send you a new password. After login with the new password, please go to "My Account" and enter "Change Password" to change password by yourself. If failure, please contact us.

  • What can I do if I forget my Email address?
    • You can contact our service center, please provide us as much information as possible. For example, your order number, your username and so on.

  • Why can't I find order in my Account?
    • When you make a new order but can't find it in your account, please check if you have received order confirmation with another email address, if you don't login your old account when make the order, our website will create a new account for you. Please check the new email box for account and password, or contact us.

  • Why haven’t I received any emails from you?
    • Please check your Spam Folder or Inbox. It happens that sometimes our email were mis-marked as spam and blocked by users' email filter system. We suggest you to add our email address to your contact list or address book to avoid missing Email messages from us.
